Made-to-Order Products
Every item in our shop is made specifically for you — printed on demand as soon as you place your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Disliking the design or color in person
Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us in advance — we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is:
- Misprinted
- Damaged
- Not what you ordered
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by using the form below.
In your message, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product laid flat, showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
Important Notes
- Do not return items to our warehouse. Since we do not hold stock, all returns must be handled directly with us through the contact form.
- Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
- The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to our products, as they are custom-made on demand according to customer specifications (see EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
