Shipping Policy
Production Time
All of our products are made-to-order. That means we start producing your item only after you place your order — reducing overproduction and supporting more sustainable practices.
Estimated production time: 2 to 5 business days
Production may take slightly longer during peak seasons (e.g. holidays or promotional periods).
Shipping Time
Once your item is produced, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.
Estimated shipping time within the EU: 3 to 7 business days
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time from order to arrival is typically 5 to 12 business days (production + shipping).
Shipping Regions
We currently only ship within the European Union. Orders are printed and shipped from Spreadconnect’s EU-based facilities.
